Abstract
The application of artificial intelligence technology has improved the production efficiency of agriculture and forestry, and the huge demand for fruit picking robots has driven the booming development of related technologies. To address this situation, this paper designs a fruit target detection and segmentation method based on deep learning technology. This paper firstly introduces the necessity of fruit target localization technology, then introduces the technical foundation including neural network, neuron model and activation function, convolutional neural network, etc. Finally, the research and design of fruit contour recognition and segmentation method is carried out and summarized. The method can provide pre-processing methods and data basis for subsequent fruit target recognition, and lay a certain foundation for promoting the development and design of fruit picking robots.
