Abstract
With the rapid development of smart grids, live maintenance operations have become more and more important. In order to solve the problem that the human body cannot maintain an effective safe distance from the live body during the live maintenance work of the transmission line. This paper uses the principles of metal threaded buckle connection, telescopic lock connection, and positioning locker connection respectively, and proposes three new types of insulated operating rods. The improvement and innovation methods of operating rods are described in detail.The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed from three aspects of efficiency, economy and safety,and a new 66kVstepless operating rod was developed. The problem of the inconvenience of using the operating lever and the inability to guarantee the safe distance during the maintenance of the 66kV line is solved, the work efficiency is improved, the safety hazard is reduced, and the safe and stable operation of the power grid is guaranteed.
