Abstract
In this paper, a simulation model of Organic Rankine Cycle system (ORC) in an industrial park was established by using GREATLAB software. Analysis of Variance and sensitivity formula were used to analyze the influence of single factor parameters on the system. The results show that the system model built by GREATLAB has high accuracy, which can provide a reference scheme for the actual operation of the system. Through sensitivity analysis, the temperature of the heat source would have a great impact on the net output power of the system. The main factor affecting exergic efficiency was the temperature difference between the working fluid and the heat source.
