Abstract
Coronavirus disease 2019 emerged in December 2019 and was later named Covid-19 by the World Health Organization (WHO). The disease is regarded to be the extremely contagious one with a high fatality rate worldwide. Therefore, the prediction and prevention of the disease are urgently needed. SEIR is a typical model of infectious disease propagation prediction. Hence, in this paper, we proposed a new model based on the SEIR model to predict the propagation of Covid-19 with the case study of the USA. Also, we use principal component analysis to evaluate the severeness of Covid-19 in each continent and propose an allocation plan of epidemic prevention supplies. Finally, the result of both models will be visualized by Python.
