Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of port state control (PSC), a method of ship defect diagnosis based on adaptive Apriori algorithm is proposed. The effective rule rate of ship defect is 100%, and the effective rule rate of ship defect is 78%. It is proved that the application of adaptive Apriori algorithm in ship defect diagnosis is scientific. The generated association rules can provide basic guidance for PSC inspection to improve inspection efficiency and promote maritime safety.
