Abstract

Transport demand of hazardous chemicals is growing along with the development of Chinese society and continuous growth of Chinese chemical enterprises. Therefore, transport of hazardous chemicals is becoming important gradually, and it is necessary to strengthen risk control for road transport of hazardous chemicals, thereby laying a foundation for more effective transport risk control. This paper assessed risks of domestic road transport system of hazardous chemicals with analysis method, and constructed human factor, mechanical equipment factor, management factor, specific factor of hazardous chemicals, risk factor, environmental factor, etc. These were the main body of the risk assessment system of road transport system of hazardous chemicals. Finally, risks of road transport system of hazardous chemicals were assessed with paired analysis method, and decisions and methods were proposed for risk control for road transport of hazardous chemicals based on analysis and assessment results of assemblies.
