Abstract
This article is based on the research of the reduction model technology of new materials (including but not limited to fiberreinforced composite materials) based on similar theories, reconstructing the modular variable car body structure, car interior design, comprehensive weight reduction of the new running system structure, and performance expansion. Prospective feasible technology. Through structure and material optimization of overall performance and reduction of comprehensive manufacturing costs, the overall weight of the train is realized. This article includes the establishment of the train development system process for composite material structure design, analysis and optimization, and mechanical performance testing and characterization.
