Abstract
The high-precision measurement of blade profile has always affected the development of domestic aeroengine manufacturing industry. However, the traditional measurements have gradually failed to meet the increasing requirements of blade manufacturing accuracy. Aiming at the problem of detecting the aeroengine blade profile, the AGILITY multi-axis compound measuring machine is used in this paper. A measurement combining contact and noncontact is proposed, the practical test technology of blade is studied. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by analyzing the results. A technical scheme for the detection of blade profile of domestic aeroengine is provided.
