Abstract
The effect of forest wildfire smoke on the asymmetry factor of the aerosol scattering phase function (ASY) is considered based on the results of measurements by means of CE-318 sun photometer (AERONET) in the region of Tomsk. The correlation of ASY with the characteristics of the aerosol optical depth (AOD) of the atmosphere is analyzed. The relationships are proposed for estimating ASY from the selectivity index of the AOD spectral behavior.
