Abstract
We report on the compressive near infrared single-pixel imaging using the sinusoidally gated InGaAs/InP single-photon avalanche diode (SG-SPAD). The SG-SPAD is one of the most efficient and practical single-photon detector in NIR region, and it enable us to realize an imaging with an extremely low number of photons. We successfully took 2- dimensional 64 × 64 images of a transparent object with an entire photon detection events of 105.
