Abstract
A novel design of tunable-lens-integrated miniature handheld OCT probe, with high-speed angiography function, is proposed for use in clinical settings for young children and infants, providing rapid, non-invasive retinal imaging of vitreoretinal features as well as retinal microvascular information. Compared to conventional OCT systems, the proposed system and probe would promise a suitable tool for diagnosis and screening of retinopathy of prematurity.
