Abstract
Image segmetation plays an important part in medical image process.In the paper, the tradional level set method is discussed, then an improved method based on level set is proposed.Combining homomorphic filtering and fuzzy enhancement,the final result from the improved method can fit the egde better.Besides,it can be applied in different kind of ultrasound images. Experiments show that this method can automatically segment the target edge if the quality of ultrasonic images is low.Besides, it can be applied to different kinds of ultrasonic images.
