Abstract
Laser induced fluorescence is a powerful tool for remote detection and classification of oil pollutions. Mathematical modeling of oil pollution detection and classification was conducted on the basis of fluorescence spectra obtained experimentally. Dependence of oil pollutions classification accuracy versus the number of spectral channels is investigated.
