Abstract
Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by high blood sugar. Diabetes is prone to various complications that can seriously affect human health and even endanger lives. Currently, diabetes is tested in an invasive manner, which is prone to patient resistance and even leads to trauma infection. In response to the need for non-invasive testing, this thesis proposes a non-invasive sweat glucose detection system, which consists of a glucose colorimetric sensor, an industrial camera-based image acquisition system and a color recognition algorithm based on a MATLAB program. The effect of the sample volume of glucose solution on the experimental results was explored, and a linear detection range of 0-4.4 mg/dL was obtained.
